As a Procurement Quality Assurance Manager, you are responsible for the definition and execution of the corrective actions after non-conforming materials are detected while maintaining 100% material availability towards customer. Interface to internal customers, supplier base and 3rd party service provider.

Your responsibilities
 

• Definition and execution of corrective actions for material which does not meet quality requirements.
• Co-desing, coordination and execution of the return process of non-conforming material
• Frequent Planning & Capacity alignment with supplier and service providers
• Strong cross functional interface to Product Group, suppliers and 3rd party service providers
• Order handling according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms.
• Fulfillment/securing of performance agreements towards PGs (100% material availability at place of use)
• Allocation of accumulated costs and responsible for the associated evaluations
• Continuous improvement of NCR-Process
• Proactively identify process weaknesses and eliminate those

Your background
 

• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong understanding of Supply Chain processes & tools.
• Strong technical know-how
• Experience in dealing with Suppliers and Supplier Management
• Strong communication skills in English and German (both written and spoken)
• Strong SAP R/3 skills (SAP Ariba advantageous)
• Advanced education in business management and/or technical education (E.g: Bachelor / advanced Federal Diploma of higher education / Certified purchasing specialist)
