Your tasks
- Market and competition monitoring, proactive acquisition of corporate clients and creation of competitive offers in response to Request for Proposals
- Full responsibility for the design development, operational implementation, quality assurance and profitability of client programmes including the management of project teams consisting of clients and faculty
- Further development of our strategic Executive Education offers around content as well as didactical approaches to create value for companies.
- Communication and representation in internal, national, and international committees and associations
- Participation in the (further) development of new products & services and its underlying methodology (e.g., didactics, pedagogy, EdTech)
Your profile
- Successful experience (10+ years) of project management & business development in a higher education, professional services, and/or corporate environment
- Successful experience (5+ years) in developing and maintaining customer relationship with HR and business managers up to C-level and tailorizing superior organizational & individual learning & development interventions
- Deep expertise in business and/or leadership development topics both in consulting and execution
- Excellent analytical & conceptual thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, representation skills; ability to remain calm under pressure, meet multiple stakeholder needs simultaneously
- Coaching and/or Teaching experience is a plus
- Fluent in English & German

The CS unit is the dedicated expert team of the Executive School of Management, Technology and Law at the University of St. Gallen (ES-HSG) and serving international companies in their effort to accelerate the holistic transformation of organizations for the betterment of business and society.
The ES-HSG is the leading institution of executive education in the German-speaking countries and among the top seven in Europe for over a decade. The successful candidate will contribute to our continued growth reporting directly to the Director & Head of Custom Programmes while working with peers and the internal Programme Management team.
