This Position reports to:

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

You will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement (at least 9-12 months). Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

Are you ready to contribute to the digital transformation of our Procurement Processes in the Demand and Supply Chain function? During this internship, you will be part of our international team and you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of procurement processes and digital transformation, and improve your skills in project administration and coordination, communication, working with data, compilation of reports, as well as a wide range or organizational and problem-solving skills. The internship tasks will include:

• Coordination and support on day-to-day project management activities

• Support in collection and processing of data, in policy and process reviews and gap analysis as well as in monitoring and processing all project statuses

• Logistical support in meetings, workshops and other events

• Support in preparation of project reports, presentations and in drafting correspondences

• Assisting in maintaining project repositories and intranet site

Qualifications for the Role

• You currently pursue a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field

• You are passionate about details and willing to work according to standards and quality requirements

• You are able to interact effectively and build cooperative relationships with different parties

• You are at ease communicating in English

• Non-EU/non-EFTA citizens, please note that a certificate from your university, showing that an internship is a mandatory part of your studies, is required for the visa application
